Our Programs
Our Goal
In response to the growing need for Alzheimer's education, we launched this website to raise money to provide companionship for those living with the disease and to fundraise for certain research initiatives to find a cure for Alzheimer's disease.
Research Fundraising Initiatives
We believe in the importance of research for finding better treatments and ultimately a cure. Our fundraising events aim to support groundbreaking research initiatives while uniting the community in our fight against Alzheimer’s.
Community Outreach Programs
Our outreach programs focus on educating the public about Alzheimer’s disease, reducing stigma, and creating supportive environments for those affected. Through partnerships with local organizations, we strive to spread awareness and build resilient communities.
Why and How?
What is a companion/caregiver? - A person that spends time and cares for a person experiencing Alzheimer's
Why is this necessary? - A companion gives families the relief they need to be able to leave their loved ones alone and know they will be cared for.
How will we do this? - By fundraising and spreading awareness we hope to raise enough money to help those afford caregivers that otherwise wouldn't be able to.
About Us!
I am Sienna Szerda and I'm a student at the Blake School. Alzheimer's is prominent in my family. My grandfather was diagnosed in 2017 (and passed away in 2024) followed by my grandmother's diagnosis in 2023. My connections with Alzheimer's have motivated me to support and help others who are experiencing grief through Alzheimer's.
My name is Eloise Moratzka and I am also a student at the Blake School. My family has a history of Alzheimer's, my great great grandmother and my great grandfather both died from Alzheimer’s and my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2025. This history has pushed me to want to help others who are suffering from the disease and their loved ones.
